1. Social media discovery

Discovery today reads news: crawler, Tavily, GNews, Apify, scored and enriched by the Discovery Agent. This target is the same shape pointed at social platforms.

  • Explore and define a Discovery capability for social media.
  • The workflow identifies relevant information, trends and content opportunities that feed downstream social content creation.

2. PDF scraping & financial data interpretation

  • PDF scraping to extract information from financial documents.
  • Interpretation of financial data from Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

Use cases named in the session:

  • Comparing financial information across periods — PPFAS 2023 vs. 2026.
  • Interpreting and extracting insights from AMC factsheets.

Initial scope:

DimensionScope
AMCs~6-7
Factsheets~10-15, primarily mutual funds

3. Factsheet analysis & creative workflow

Current process: factsheets are analysed manually. The objective is to systematise and automate that analysis.

factsheet -> automated analysis -> insights -> creative / asset generation

The system analyses the factsheet, extracts relevant information and insights, and makes those insights available for generating creative assets.

Solution separation. Factsheet Analysis and Creative Generation are separate solutions/modules, connected through a defined data/output interface rather than tightly coupled into a single workflow.

4. Social media management

  • Sprout Social is the reference point for social media management capability.
  • Evaluate the relevant functionality as part of the broader social/content ecosystem.

5. Video editing & generation

  • Submagic is the reference for video editing capability.
  • Explore what is required to turn generated scripts into usable video content.
script -> video asset generation -> video editing -> final social media asset

Video assets are generated from their corresponding scripts, and aligned with the content, messaging and intended social media format.

Key decisions

  1. Social media discovery is to be explored as a dedicated capability.
  2. PDF scraping and financial document interpretation are required capabilities.
  3. Factsheet analysis moves from a manual process to a systematic/automated one.
  4. Factsheet Analysis and Creative Generation remain separate solutions.
  5. Social media management is evaluated with Sprout Social as a reference.
  6. Video editing is evaluated with Submagic as a reference.
  7. The roadmap eventually supports a script-to-video asset generation pipeline.

Targets

  • Define a social media Discovery capability — trends, opportunities, content signals. <!-- id:SD-01 -->
  • Build PDF scraping for financial documents. <!-- id:SD-02 -->
  • Interpret AMC financial data, including period-over-period comparison (PPFAS 2023 vs. 2026). <!-- id:SD-03 -->
  • Automate factsheet analysis for ~6-7 AMCs and ~10-15 factsheets. <!-- id:SD-04 -->
  • Define the insight interface between Factsheet Analysis and Creative Generation. <!-- id:SD-05 -->
  • Evaluate social media management capability against Sprout Social. <!-- id:SD-06 -->
  • Evaluate video editing capability against Submagic. <!-- id:SD-07 -->
  • Build the script-to-video asset generation pipeline. <!-- id:SD-08 -->
